General Information

OUR LOCATION:  As of January 2007, we are located at 1649 S. Enterprise Ave., Springfield, Missouri  65804.

You'll find us on Springfield's east side, just north of Sunshine Street and east of Glenstone.  The Enterprise Ave. traffic signal on East Sunshine Street, at Taco Bell, KFC & Auto Magic is easy to locate.  You can only turn one direction... North on Enterprise.  We are a short distance up ahead on the left.  As always, we are challenged for good signage by the street, but when you see Enterprise Park Bowling Lanes on the left, we are the driveway just before theirs...same side of the street...they are our neighbor.  So, if you pass the Bowling Lanes, turn around!  Another helpful hint to finding us easily is to watch for the bright red ceramic tiles that surround the entry doorways to the two buildings in our parking lot.  We are the back left red tiled entryway.  You will see our sign on the front of our building.

     Monday - Friday......10:30am - 5:30pm
     Saturday.................10:00am - 3:00pm
     Sunday................... CLOSED

  Additional hours available by appointment.

HOLIDAY CLOSINGS:  Our lobby is closed in observance of the following holidays each year:  New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving weekend (Thursday through Friday), and Christmas Day*.

Depending on what day of the week the holidays fall on, we may choose to close the day before or after the holiday.  Call us for confirmation of actual holdiay hours as they approach.  417-886-4826

BAD WEATHER CLOSING:  In the event weather becomes hazardous, we will attempt to contact you to reschedule your appointment.  Should you have concerns prior to being contacted, feel free to contact us to reschedule.  This change will not be considered a late cancel - always be safe!

APPOINTMENTS:  Our Therapists work by appointment.  Walk-in's are welcome but not guaranteed service availability at the time they walk-in.  In this event, we will offer to book an appointment for you at a later time.

ARRIVE ON TIME:  New Clients should arrive at least 10-minutes early for their appointment.  This allows time for completion of first visit, health related paperwork that is required prior to the session start.  Your Therapist will review this paperwork in a brief personal interview to help us provide the most beneficial treatment to you.  Feel free to ask any questions you may have at this time.

Returning Clients  will complete a quick update form each time they visit.

STANDING APPOINTMENTS:These appointments are recommended if you enjoy a massage at the same time each week, month, etc., or prefer a certain Therapist for your session.  We highly recommend this appointment style for Back Rub Club Elite package owners to help insure you utilize your discount package before it's expiration date.  However, before booking, please consider our strict Cancellation Policy enforcement for standing appointments.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  We understand your appointment may need to be cancelled... even at the last minute!  Please call us as soon as you realize you cannot keep a scheduled appointment so we may offer that time to another client.

Appointment "no shows" and/or "late cancellations" cost our therapists earning opportunities.  This can additionally lead to our requirement of your prepayment before booking any future appointments, or complete refusal of service.  Your respect is appreciated.

Elite Back Rub Club members will be charged for any no show and/or late cancel of a scheduled appointment.  These charges will be noted on the membership card for reference purposes.  Due to our deeply discounted service prices offered with the Back Rub Club program, this policy is non-negotiable and will be strictly enforced.  Please consider this policy before you purchase your package.

"NO SHOW" is the event when a client fails to arrive or call to cancel a scheduled appointment time.

"LATE CANCELLATION" is any appointment cancelled less than 4-hours prior to its scheduled start time.

We reserve the right to cancel any Gift Certificate for failure to acknowledge this Cancellation Policy.
